Act LD1M/GUp-s/1235/2024 NOTICE OF VI OFFERT COMPANY The bankruptcy syndicate of Tomasz Tracz, as a non-business natural person, announces a competition for offers for the sale of movable property and a set of movable assets forming part of the bankruptcy estate under the following conditions: 1. The following sets of movable property are the subject of sale: (a) the first set of ornamental plants (coniferous, deciduous, perennial, ornamental grass) as listed in Annex 1 to the Sales Regulations; (b) the second set consisting of garden and technical equipment, in particular: accessories and installation elements for irrigation systems, gardening tools and equipment, pots and casings, plant care products and accessories, as well as other small garden appliances and accessories as listed in Annex 2 to the Sales Regulations. 2. The total call price for the first set of mobilitys consisting of ornamental plants (coniferous, deciduous, perennial, ornamental grasses) is PLN 608,00. 3. The total call price for the second set of mobilitys consisting of garden and technical equipment, in particular: accessories and installation elements for irrigation systems, garden tools and equipment, pots and casings, plant care products and accessories, as well as other small garden appliances and accessories (PLN 4.292.80). 4. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 5 October 2026 until 4 p.m. (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address) to: Syndyk włosności Hubert Sidowski, Kancelaria Adwokacka, ul. Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź, with a clear indication on the envelope of the LD1M/Gup-s/1235/2024. 5. The contracting party to the tender (the tender contest) should pay 10% of the call price under the rigor of not allowing the tender to enter (the bid contest). The Wadium should be paid into the bank account of the bankruptcy mass (Adwokacka law firm Hubert Sidowski, ul. Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź) with number: 13 1090 1304 0000 0001 4932 5247/Erste Bank Polska S.A. at the latest on the last day of the closing date for the submission of tenders. 6. The notice and the Terms and Conditions of sale may be amended or revoked at any time. An invitation to tender (the tender contest) may be closed without selecting any of the tenders. 7.
