Tuwima 95 (dz. nr. 11/17, 11/19 by W-23), with a total area of 16.504,00 m2, covered by the investment of Tuwim Sky consisting in the construction of 5 multi-family buildings. For the development investment started on real estate there is a valid building permit and an approved Replacement Construction Project. According to the project, the development project includes 874 dwellings (with a total usable area of 36.135,64 m2), 5 service premises (with total usable space of 1.666,64 m2) and 876 parking spaces.
