The Syndicator reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any stage of the proceedings without giving reasons and without selecting any offer, the right of cancellation or cancellation. In cases not governed by these conditions, the provisions of the Insolvency Law and the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.
