Schmidt, Klamer E. K., poet and jurist, member of the Halberstädter Poetskreis under Gleim and the literary society there, court poet of the Count of Stolberg-Wernigerode (1746-1824). Eigh. Manuscript. 51/4 p. 8vo. O.O. (probably circa 1774). "Abschieds-heroids. To Lina. Self-handed, more than five-page manuscript, which was heavily edited by contemporary hand and given a new title on page 1: "Julius an Lina von Klamer Schmidt, printed in the Leipziger Musen-Almanach from 1774. (ni fallor)". With numerous deletions and text changes from the hand of the editor. - Included an interesting list (22/3 p. 8vo) by Klamer Schmidt's autograph estate, probably written around 1825 and titled "Autograph Collection from Klamer Smiths, Kriegssecretair zu Halberstadt + 1824, Nachlass." The list contains 52 numbers, most of which are all-inclusive and innumerable letters or letters. Poem manuscripts of an author, e.g. "several" or "different" letters by Klopstock, Bürger, Heinse, Gleim, the Karschin and many other contemporaries, where Herder is probably the most prominent, while Goethe and Schiller are missing. It seems to be Klamer's correspondence with the well-known writers of his time.
