It belongs to the MOTOTRBO accessory family and is compatible with the DM3000/DM4000 series mobile devices, the XPR-4000/XPR-5000 series as well as the DGM and XiR-M8000 models. The microphone is used for voice communication in vehicle and base station installations. It provides the basic PTT function.
