Where tenders meet the conditions of the contest are submitted by at least two tenderers, the syndicate shall bid between them. The time, place and manner in which the bidding is carried out will be informed by a separate message/invitation by the syndicate. 7. The purchase price of the item of sale, including the offered net price plus the VAT due, must be paid to the bankruptcy account at least 1 day before the conclusion of the sale contract. The contract will be concluded within the deadline set by the syndicate for a maximum of 21 days with the date of selection of the winner of the contest. 8. Any costs relating to the sale shall be borne by the purchaser. 9. The Syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale or termination of the sale procedure without the choice of the offer, without giving a reason.
