Bankruptcy Mass Syndicate announces an invitation to tender for the sale of: The subject of the invitation to tender shall be the total sale of: 1. residential real estate no. 2 with a usable area of 37,41 m2, located in Giżycko at ul. Rural 28, for which the perpetual book OL1G/00047004/4 is kept, together with the participation of 274/1000 in the joint real estate covered by the perpetual ledger OL1 G/0000911/3, which constitutes the right to land and parts of the building and equipment which are not exclusively used by the owners of the premises; 2. real estate which is a registered plot No 891/3 with an area of 0,0207 ha, built up by four economic buildings located in Giżycko, the register area of Gizycko 3, for which the perpetual book No OL1G/00047003/7 is kept. Real estate is sold together. The starting price for both properties is PLN 118.100,00, which corresponds to 100% of their total estimate.
