The starting price is PLN 49,000 (forty-nine thousand zlotys) net, which represents 100% of the estimated value; 2) share (1/3) in unbuilt land, located in Szczerbice, the municipality of Gaszowice, described in the land register with plot number 704/10 with an area of 0,1432 ha.
