The tractor to be seen on the photos is expressly not part of the auction! The following known defects are present:   Non-painting Lacquer partly peeled and worn out by mechanical stress Corrosion or superficial rusting on the whole trailer Tyres slightly cracked light pollution caused by dust, grease and oil Drawbar and frame welded and reinforced on the front due to material fatigue (work was carried out by a specialist company)   No assessment or assessment was carried out. Therefore, it is strongly advised to visit the trailer before bidding (Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m, Friday from 7 p. m. to 12 noon). This is only possible after prior telephone registration.   After the end of the auction and payment by bank transfer, the transfer takes place at the specified place. Payment and collection must be made within 10 days or by arrangement!     The trailer is not registered. Compliance with regulatory requirements is the sole obligation of the highest bidder(s).     The bidder is responsible for the organisation of the necessary loading technology. Loading, securing cargo and transport are the responsibility of the new owner. For legal reasons, no support can be granted. At the time of collection, the pick-up party confirms with his signature that he is familiar with the applicable legislation on securing cargo and transport goods.
