Teardrop-shaped vase designed by Axel Salto and produced at Royal Copenhagen, Denmark in the 1940s/50s. Made of oxblood-glazed stoneware. Lower part of the body decorated with oval, leaf-like reliefs. Marked with engraved signature, factory logo and model no. 20736 (entered in the factory's model register in November 1945). Height: 26 cm. Diameter: 18 cm. Condition: The opening of the neck has a professional repair following a major rim chip. Otherwise, wear consistent with age and use.
