Important notes on processing & Visit   Visit:   A visit before bid is strongly recommended and is possible by prior appointment at 0461/851135 from Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 3 pm.   Collection & Transport:   The collection must be carried out no later than 14 days after receipt of payment.The purchaser is solely responsible for the transport, loading and securing of cargo. For legal reasons, no support can be provided when loading.After expiry of the pick-up period, stand fees of 15,- € per day will be charged.   Payment conditions:   Payment shall be made exclusively by bank transfer to the specified account of the auction authority. Cash payment on site is not possible!    Exclusion of liability:   The vehicle shall be auctioned in the state in which it is located.
