Beautiful 10D, with a usable area of 45.08 m2, for which the District Court in Żyrardów, the 5th Faculty of Eternal Books runs the perpetual book No. PL1Z/00044255/4. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family building and consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and communication. Conditions for participation and sale: 1. Documentation: The estimated operation and sales regulations are available at the syndicate after prior telephone agreement at 42 639 74 28 or 603 945 525 between 10:00 and 15:00 and at www.galazkaupadlosci.pl. 2. Offers: The offer must be submitted in a closed envelope bearing the inscription: LD1M/Gup-s/1006/2025 The offer can be submitted personally to the syndicate (Al. 1 May 87 p. 211, 90-555 Łódź) or sent to the address indicated above via a postal operator or courier company. The date of receipt of the offer to the syndicate rather than the date of delivery shall decide on the date on which the delivery is made. Content of the offer: The offer shall include: • the name, registered office and legal status of the tenderer, • the purchase price not lower than the call price, • a statement of the legal and technical status of the subject of the sale. 4. Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the call price, i.e. PLN 17 750. 5. The viewing of the premises is possible after prior agreement with the syndicate. 6. Costs: All charges relating to the acquisition of the item of sale shall be borne by the purchaser. 7. The sale takes place in accordance with the rules laid down in the Sales Regulations, which is binding for all participants in the tender contest. The offer must meet all the formal requirements laid down in the Rules of Procedure, in particular complete details of the tenderer (PESEL/NIP), the account number to be refunded and all the required statements, including acceptance of the rules of procedure, lack of guarantees and knowledge of the legal and technical status of the subject-matter of the sale. The submission of an offer is tantamount to acceptance of the terms of the Rules without reservation and confirmation of the information clause concerning the processing of personal data (GDPR). 8. Additional provisions: The Syndicate reserves the right to cancel the contest without giving reasons and to conduct additional negotiations with selected tenderers.
