Conditions for the competition Tenders may be submitted for the respective parcels or packages indicated above, with: • parcels No 794/1, 794/2 and 794/3 are sold together only; • plot 77/5, 77/10, 77/11, 77/12, 77/13, 77/14, 77/15, 77/16 and 77/17 are sold each time with a share of 1/9 in plot 77/7 and a share 1/9 of plot 77/8. Offers must be submitted in a closed envelope with the following words: "CONNOURS OFFER" "LD1M/GUP/51/2023" and "LD1M / GUP/52/2023" in the Chancellery of the Syndicate of Joanna Gałązki: Al. 1 May 87, pok. 211, 90-555 Łódź, by 16.10.2066 p.m. 3:00. The date of receipt of the offer to the Syndic's Office determines the maintenance of the deadline. The condition for participation in the competition is a deposit of 10% of the call price of the plot or package covered by the offer, for the account indicated in the Regulations of the Competition Offer. The security paid by the participant to whom the offer will be selected shall be calculated against the selling price. The security paid by the remaining participants shall be refunded immediately after the end of the contest. The security shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy in the event that the successful tenderer withdraws or withdraws from the sale contract in the form of a notarial act within the time limit set by Syndic. The selling price, less the security paid, should be paid in and booked at the latest on the date of conclusion of the sales contract. In the event of the submission of two identical offers, the Syndyk will auction to select the buyer. All costs of concluding a sales contract and taxes shall be borne by the purchaser.
