The frame of wood is shown in the handwritten inscription "Telas" (possibly artist name or southern European storage/conservator note for canvas).Ream and installation: Mounted on a professional wedge frame of machined pine wood with wooden toil and swallowtail joints (dated to ca. 1870...1940). The edge of the canvas bears clear traces and wounds after previous nailholes from an older, original mounting and is now attached with broad, older padded seams. Sealing and dating: The back is sealed with old, original Danish newspaper pages (including ads for A/S Konfectura, Rømersgade 3, Copenhagen K and Dame dresses).Fixture number/Date: The woodwork has written on the figures "49-5-22" (possibly auction/date of framing on 22 May 1949.
