Participation in the real estate is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person who does not have a business activity, i.e. KR1S/GUp/113/2024. The estimated value of the share in real estate for non-forced sales according to the operation prepared by the property valuer Magdalena Ślufarska is PLN 89.00.00 (eighty nine thousand zlotys). The starting price represents 85% of the estimated price for non-forced sales, i.e. at a price not less than PLN 75 650,00 (seventy-five thousand six hundred fifty zlotys). No 10 1600 1462 1726 0962 8000 0001. The security shall be paid by 13 October 2026 at the latest. If the offer is not accepted, the security shall be refunded.
