The braking system and other detectable vehicle functions were functional during a functional test in the context of previous use. The engine is running, but has a restless or unround run; the cause is not known. A further technical examination or examination by a specialist workshop was not carried out.   The sale takes place without loose fire-weir technical loading and without radio technology.
