The call is made by two used doorhouses in solid self-construction.  External dimensions Body (L/B/H): approx. 1.84 m / 1.24 m / 2.44 m Roof width: approx. 2.44 m Material Body: OSB mounting plates (15 mm), full construction wood (KVH), screwed with chipboard screws Roof construction: cover with roof foil Interior equipment: Both houses have a fixed shelf / work surface made of wood Special features & Equipment: House 1: Equipped with an electrical installation (distributor box, socket, light switch and a wall lamp). Note: The supply line / cabling to the outside has been cut. A CE marking was present during operation, but is no longer visible. The cottage is mounted on a wooden pallet. House 2: Pure wooden construction without electrics. It is firmly mounted on an iron pallet. Condition Description & Deficiencies The objects were in daily use for about 2 years and have been stored dry for about 4 years. The condition should be described as generally good according to age, but the following points are explicitly mentioned: The houses are dusty by the storage and have all around slight scratches, scratches as well as the usual signs of wear. The wooden floors have impurities (probably due to the use with dirty footwear in the service operation.&Nbsp ;The tightness of the roof foil could not be checked before the auction.&lbsp •The function of the electrical components was not In this case, it is not possible to determine the extent to which the aid is granted. The plant must be checked by a specialist before re-opening. The wood palette has typical loading wears. The metal palette shows weather-related rusts.  The object of the auction is exclusively the two doormen's cottages, including the pallet installed underneath them. Other objects that may be visible in the photos and objects in the cottages are not part of this auction.
