the pear-shaped diamond is set with two circular-cut diamonds to each shoulder, in gold, 3.5 grams. Size P.
Condition: There are some small chips to the edge of the pear-shaped diamond, it is slightly loose in its setting, one of the side diamonds also has a small chip, wear to the shank.
