A large pair of slender Bohemian ruby flash pedestal vases, with painted portraits within oval panels and flowers to the reverse, the white glass heavily gilded with foliate decoration. 46.5cms high. Condition: 1st vase, the pedestal has been seperated from the main section at some point, it doesn't quite sit flush together and moves around as the screw is loose which is now holding it in position, there is small chips to the top of the pedestal, some wear to the gilding in places (especially the base), a black line to the base as well. 2nd vase, in reasonable condition, some wear to the gilding in places, the odd mark and scratch in places.
