A Chinese robe with a blue silk ground, heavily embroidered including five clawed Dragon's in metallic thread, also embroidered with bats, fish, and other motifs amongst scrolling clouds and waves. With ball shaped fastenings and silk lining. Approx 130cms high. Condition: silk inside quite perished with pin holes in places, neck line with some wear, some repairs/re stitching under both arms, some loose threads in places including the metallic thread, colours a little stronger on the back than the front, some wear around the cuffs, loops for the fastenings are a little worn.
