A Guangxu period orange ground silk robe, the 3/4 length robe heavily embroidered with Dragons, and a variety of figures conducting a range of activities, with small panels embroidered with animals and birds, and with green silk cuffs with further figures, bats and flowers, with some Chinese writing inside to the lining (some damages and fading, 97cms high). Also with a Chinese silk skirt in two seperate pieces (81cms high), and an orange silk panel with silver coloured decoration (118cms by 110cms). Condition: Gown, the colour of the silk has faded, and the colours are stronger in some places than others, some wear around the neck line and under the arms, some marks and stains to the cuffs, the fastening loops are worn in places Panel, faded in colour Skirt, in two pieces at the moment and have never been made into a complete garment, faded in colour over time.
