NOTICE about selling apartments in Tarnów The Bankruptcy Mass Syndicator announces a competition of offers for sale free of hand property which is a self-contained dwelling no. 10, located in building no. 12, at ul. Bolesława Prusa in Tarnów, for which it is the property of the District Court of Tarnov, the Department of the Eternal Books, keeps the perpetual book TR1T/00116720/5, with which the property is connected to the joint real estate, which constitutes the land and parts of the building and equipment which are not used exclusively by the owners of the premises, amounting to 6855 / 51543 parts. The property is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person who does not have a business activity, i.e. act TR1T/GUp-s/100/2025. The estimated value of participation in the property according to the operation prepared by the property expert Magdalena Ślufarska is PLN 303.00.00 (three hundred three thousand zlotys). The starting price for a share of the property represents 90% of the value of the estimate, i.e. 272 700,00 zł (two seventy two thousand seven hundred zlotys). No 06 1090 1665 0000 0001 6316 2254. The security shall be paid by 21 October 2026 at the latest. If the offer is not accepted, the security shall be refunded. In the event of the impact of more than one valid bid accepted by the syndicate, an oral auction shall be carried out.
