The brochure in the envelope variant "On beige base title plate and edge strip in Ocker with stylized representation of 15 creeping shrapnels. Author's name and title in black. A blue ribbon, running from the middle of the lower book edge to the lower third of the right book edge, bears the silver inscription GIBRALTAR" (Des Coudres-Mühleisen). In the form of a diary, the war experiences of Disciples on the Western Front from January 1915 to August 1918 are described in a simple, concise and completely sober style.
