Minotaure becomes the most luxurious, versatile magazine and the most widespread effect. At the top are Albert Skira and Teriade, the later editor of the magazine 'Verve' and the illustrated monumental works of Chagall, Matisse and others.From the beginning the Surrealists are in close contact with the magazine. However, Minotaure becomes the organ of the group only after Teriades leaves (according to No. 9). Skira becomes the sole director, and Breton, Duchamp, Eluard, M.Heine and Mabille form the editorial committee with him. With text contributions by Breton, Chirico, Dali, Eluard, Giono, Jouve, Le Corbusier, Leiris, Prèvert, Ramuz, Raynal, Tériade, Tzara, Valèry, Vollard, Kurt Weill and others.
