The text of the then 14-year-old Sams as a school essay was expanded by him. After the correction by the teacher of Sams, the essay was thrown into the garbage, Sams' mother saved the manuscript, which was finally published in an edition of 500 copies. The front cover shows a photo portrait of Jonny Rottens with an original safety needle pulled through his nose. At the time, a more frequent edition appeared at Corgi Books in smaller format and with a different cover illustration. – Some sheets as well as the back cover with slight bend marks otherwise well preserved. Very rare copy of the original edition of this authentic document of the early English punk movement.
