NOTICE of the sale of the share of land property in Zielutka Nowa No. 35 Syndyk Masy Zapadności announces a competition of offers for the sale of a share of 1/12 in land property located in Zielutka Nowa no. 35, Łagów commune, Kielce district, Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, which is the area of 53100m2, covered by the land ownership act PBG-ON-451/8828/75 issued by the Head of the Municipality on 17 December. 1975 and PBG-ON-451/513/76 issued by the Governor of the Municipality on 29 December 1976. Participation in the real estate is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person not engaged in business activity under Act VIII Gup 134/22/S. The estimated value of the share of the property for non-forced sale according to the operation prepared by the expert court assessor of the estate valuer Karolina Wajs is PLN 51 450,00 (fifty-one thousand four hundred fifty zlotys). The starting price of the share of the real estate represents 70% of the estimated value of the non-forced sale, i.e. 36 015,00 PLN (thirty six thousand fifteen PLN). The offer should be accompanied by a proof of payment of the security in the amount 3 601,50 zł (three thousand six hundred one zloty 50/100), with the signature of the act of procedure indicated in the title, made for the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with number: 92 1600 1462 1720 4508 9000 0001. The security shall be paid by 21 October 2026 at the latest. If the offer is not accepted, the security shall be refunded. The Commission's opening and examination of offers will take place in the notarial law firm Magdalena Pach, Gabriela Świątek Notariusze s.c., ul. In the event of an impact of more than one valid bid accepted by the syndicate, an oral auction may be conducted (except where the price difference between the highest and the next is at least 10%).
