Hans J. Wegner (1914-2007). A pair of 'Y-chairs' with beech wood frames, seats mounted with braided paper yarn. Designed in 1950. Produced by Carl Hansen & Son, model CH24. H. 73 cm. Sh. approx. 43 cm. Appears with wear and tear in lacquering and stains on seats; one chair with looseness in the assembly between frame and right armrest. (2) Showroom: DK, Copenhagen
