Syndicate Selling Samsung S25 Edge (YIRARDS) The bankruptcy syndicate of a non-business natural person announces the sale from a free hand (as part of the tender contest) Samsung S25 Edge SUBJECT MATTER OF THE OFFER COMPETITIVE: Samsung S25 Edge, condition: used since 2025. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE PRELIMINARY OFFERT COMPANY AND THE REGULAMINATION OF THE OFFER COMPANIES: Additional information on the subject of the competition and the rules of the contest will be made available by e-mail (doctor@kancelaria-olenderek.pl) CHALLENGE PRICE: The starting price of the contest is PLN 2700,00 (say: two thousand eight hundred zlotys, 00/100). Sales are not subject to VAT. METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION OFFER: The conditions for participation in the competition for tenders shall be the submission of a tender in accordance with the requirements set out below. Tenders may be submitted by: (a) sending the scan of the signed offer via e-mail to: advisor@kancelaria-olenderek.pl, as an attachment to the message, the message should be titled "KONKURSOWA OFFER " Samsung S25 Edge"; (b) send a written offer by registered letter to Syndyka's office at: Restructuring Advisor Mateusz Olenderek, ul. The border 2 box No 18, 05-830 Nadarzyn on the envelope should be inserted in the note "KONKURSOWA OFFER" "Samsung S25 Edge" . The offer under the rigor of rejection shall contain all the elements contained in the tender form provided as a photo in this notice. The offer form in .pdf format and editable version will also be made available via e-mail. The request to send an offer form should be sent to the following e-mail address: advisor@kancelaria-olenderek.pl. The tender shall also be accompanied by any authorisation and consent to the acquisition of the subject-matter of the tender contest where they are required by law by reason of the person or firm of the tenderer. Tenders must be submitted by 05.10.2026, provided that the tender must reach the Syndyk office or Syndyka's e-mail address within the specified time limit (decides the date of impact rather than the date on which the offer was made). Tenders received by the Syndicate after the time limit specified above, even if they were issued (sent) before that date, as well as tenders which do not comply with at least one of the formal requirements set out in point (a). 2 and 3 above, will not be considered. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Syndicator reserves the right, at each stage of the proceedings and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the sale or closure of the tender contest, including the auction (s) without selecting any of the offers. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. The provisions concerning the sale in enforcement proceedings are laid down in Articles 864 et seq. of the Civil Procedure Code. Purchasers are not entitled to any warranty claim (exclusion of warranty liability for the disposal of ownership of movable property).
