VH Auctions BV does not request certificates of loss. If possible and required, these must be requested by the buyer himself.

Special condition – end-of-life vehicles&&# xD;

The buyer must be an approved centre/buyer and have all required certificates and permits for collection, transport and processing of end-of-life vehicles and waste, in accordance with the applicable OVAM regulations on end-use vehicles and vehicle wrecks, including the Materials Decree, VLAREMA and VLAREM.

The buyer undertakes to strictly comply with all legal obligations relating to collection, transport, storage, depollution, dismantling and destruction.< /p> &#x D;&*#xA;

The end-of-life vehicles must be removed to an approved centre for depolluting, dismantling and destroying end- of life vehicles. The buyer must, if applicable, have the required certificate of destruction delivered to VH Auctions BV and/or the curatele on first request.
