NOTICE OF THE DISEASE SALE It shall be notified of free-of-hand sales under the Mobex Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy included in the inventory under numbers 1.1 to 1.2142 and 6.1 to 6.17 and 6.25 to 6.50 and the right to the word and graphic mark M MobEX (inclusive mass of the inventory): 4.1) i.e. components with a total estimated value of 690.956,27 PLN for a price not less than 40% of the estimated value, i.e. at a price no less than 276.382,51 PLN (two seventy-six thousand three hundred eighty two zlotys, 51/100 grosz) net. The subject of the sale covered by this competition includes, inter alia: TRANSPARENCY COMPANY, LACE FACILITIES, DELIVERING FORMS-KORPUSY, KOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, EQUIPMENT OF THE WORKPLACE M.IN. MONTER TABLES, STEND, MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND WORK TOOLS, OFFICE EQUIPMENT. The offer, together with the required documents, must be placed in a closed envelope with the addition of a note "The offer of purchase of movable property" and sent by registered letter or courier (absolutely registered consignment) to the following address: Kancelaria Syndyka Dorota Borkowska, Okoniowa 7/2, 91-498 Łódź, by 21 October 2026 (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address; in consignments Please indicate for the courier the telephone number of the addressee: 725 309 313). The date of submission of the tender shall be the date of impact on the address indicated. The person joining the competition should pay the deposit at the latest on the day preceding the opening date and the recognition of the tenders (decides the date of impact of the funds on the indicated bank account) of 10% of the call price, i.e. PLN 27,638,25 (say: PLN twenty-seven thousand six hundred thirty-eight PLN 25/100 zloty) by transfer to the bank account number 48 1050 1461 1000 0090 8009 8446 led by the bankruptcy syndicate Dorota Borkowska and attach proof of payment to the tender submitted, under strict conditions of leaving the offer unrecognized. The opening and settlement of the competition will take place on 22 October 2026. It is permitted to submit an offer for single mobility or mobility (subject to the need to deposit a security of 10% of the value of the estimation of these components), subject to the first recognition of tenders for the purchase of all the components subject to this sale and the final decision (without reason) of selection or rejection the offer submitted in a manner other than in total for all the components sold shall be the subject of the syndicate, irrespective of the price criterion.
