NOTICE OF THE DISEASE SALE It shall be notified of the sale free of charge in the form of an offer contest: AUDI A6 3.0 TDI QUATTRO S TRONIC, VIN: WAUZZ4G2EN188049, registration number EL284WH, (number of the component of the bankruptcy in the inventory: 1.2143) at a price not less than PLN 23.870,00 (twenty three thousand eight hundred and seventy zlotys) net. BMW 740D XDRIVE, VIN: WBAYB01000D12634, registration number EL2H331 (number of the component of the bankruptcy in the inventory: 1.2145), for a price not less than PLN 30.195,00 (thirty thousand one hundred ninety five zlotys) net. FIAT DOBLO 1.6 16V, VIN: ZFA26300006F65964, registration No PO4CL95 (number of the component of the bankruptcy in the inventory: 1.2144) • at a price not less than PLN 10.560 (ten thousand five hundred sixty zlotys) net. The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope with the note "AUDI/BMW/FIAT" and sent by registered letter or courier (absolutely registered consignment) to: Kancelaria Syndyka Dorota Borkowska, ul. Okonowa 7/2, 91-498 Łódź, by 21 October 2026 (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address; in courier shipments please indicate for the courier the telephone number of the addressee: 725 309 313). The date of submission of the tender shall be the date of impact on the address indicated. The applicant shall pay a security at the latest on the day preceding the opening date and the recognition of the tenders (deciding the date of impact of the funds on the indicated bank account) of 10% of the call price, i.e.: PLN 2.387.00 (say gold: two thousand three hundred eighty-seven zlotys) in the case of AUDI A6 3.019,50 zlotys (in words: three thousand nineteen zloty 50/100) in the case of a car BMW 740D XDRIVE 1.056,00 zlotys (say gold: one thousand fifty-six zloty) in the case of the FIAT DOBLO 1.6 16V car by transfer to bank account number 48 1050 1461 1000 0090 8009 8446 operated by the syndicate of the bankruptcy of Dorota Borkowska and attach proof of payment to the tender submitted, under the rigor of leaving the offer unrecognized. The opening and settlement of the competition will take place on 22 October 2026.
