Make a physical inspection appointment: You must make an appointment online via the RDW website for an identification and input verification at a RDW inspection station. Choose a physical inspection.2. Request a "Declaration of no objection": At the inspection station desk you indicate that you want to enter the car without registration documents. The DMV will start an official investigation. They contact the authorities in the country of origin to check that the vehicle was registered there, not stolen and that there are no objections to export.3. Bring alternative documents: In order to speed up the process and increase the likelihood of approval, it is important that you bring as much evidence as possible.
