For auction there is used wooden parquet with a total area of about 200 m2. A single parquet part has the dimensions 50 cm (long) x 7 cm (wide) x 2,2 cm (high).   The parquet was formerly laid in a school aula and, according to the long-term use, has clear, but usual traces of use. Scratches and slight superficial wears are especially present on several parquet pieces. These are due, among other things, to the regular moving of tables and chairs as well as the daily use of the auditorium by people with street shoes. Also due to small stones and other dirt that came to the ground in the context of daily use, corresponding traces of use may have been created. According to current knowledge, rusts or major damage or dents are not present. Due to the previous use, however, it is explicitly used parquet with a correspondingly different conservation status of the individual parquet pieces. A uniform, new surface can therefore not be expected.   The wood parquet is oiled or covered with an oil surface.   The parquet is currently already developed and packed in larger wooden boxes. The wooden boxes are not auctioned to me - the parquet has to be repacked upon collection. The urban building yard is helpful.   The auction takes place in the used condition. A visit before the bid is made is recommended. A guarantee for completeness, certain dimensions, the condition of individual parquet pieces or the actual existing total area is not taken over.   Pick-up and transport must be organized by the acquirer himself and carried out at his own expense. Suitable vehicles, aids and, where appropriate, sufficient personnel shall be provided by the acquirer for loading and removal. The exact pick-up date must be agreed with the auctioneer after the auction.
