The Bankruptcy Mass Syndicator announces a competition of offers for the sale of a share of 1⁄2 in cooperative ownership right to a residential premises covered by the perpetual book No. KR1W/00078339/2, located in Andrychow, at ul. Lenartowicz 27/19 The participation is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person not engaged in business activities under the KR1S/GUp/109/2023 Act. The estimated market value of the share for non-forced sales, according to the operation prepared by the expert of the court, is PLN 177 000,00 (one hundred seventy-seven thousand zlotys). The starting price is 40% of the estimate price for non-forced sales, i.e. 70 800,00 PLN (say: seventy thousand, eight hundred zlotys). Offers in Polish should be submitted by 14 October 2026r. (numbered in date of impact), personalists or by sending a letter registered/subsistence letter to the address of the Notarial Chancellery Magdalena Pach, Gabriela Świątek Notariusze s.c., ul. The offer should be accompanied by a confirmation of the deposit of PLN 7 080,00 (seven thousand eighty zlotys) on the bank account of the bankruptcy estate in Santander Bank with the number 18 1600 1462 1774 3013 3000 0001. The security shall be paid by 13 October 2026 at the latest. If the offer is not accepted, the security shall be refunded. The Syndicate shall open the tenders and select the most favourable offer, close the competition without selecting any of the tenders, or bid pursuant to paragraph 2.8 of the Rules of Procedure. The offer shall include: (a) details of the subject matter of the tender, (b) the tenderer concerned: the company or business name, registered office or address of the tenderer, the signature of the successful tenderer's stamp, the legal status of the bidder, the NIP, the REGON No. and the name stamp of the person acting on behalf of the tenderer, together with the document indicating the authority to act on behalf (in the case of the trader), the PESEL number and the identity card number (in case of a natural person not engaged in business activity), the e-mail and the contact number; (c) current (i.e. not earlier than one month before the closing date for the submission of tenders) discharge from the relevant register/printing with CEiDG in the case of traders, a copy of the identity card (in the case of an identity card it is permissible to identify the identity); (d) a statement of review and acceptance of the Rules of Procedure without reservation, (e) the proposed purchase price (not lower than the call price) expressed in digits and in words; (f) confirmation of the payment of the security (in accordance with point 1 (a) (b))) and the bank account number to which the security paid must be returned in the event of failure to accept the offer; (g) a statement that the tenderer has become aware of the facts and legal status of the property and accepts it without reservation; (h) for foreign entities additionally: the legal consent required for the acquisition of the property, the sworn translation of the content of the offer and the documents attached thereto; (i) in the case of natural persons additionally: the consent of the spouse to submit an offer and purchase the subject of sale, or a declaration that the tenderer is not married or a statement that the successful tenderer remains in a marriage in which the distribution system is in force or a declaration that the subject of the sale is acquired by the tenderer for his personal property by means of his personal assets; (j) in the case of legal persons in addition: the consent of the authorised authority of the legal person to acquire participation under the conditions laid down in the offer, together with an extract from the instrument of incorporation of a legal person indicating the competence of the authority granting consent in this respect.
