NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC AUCTION Jelgava Municipality announces that the land lease right for the land unit with cadastral designation 54820050176 part 20 ha in area “Līdumu lauks”, Svēte Parish, Jelgava Municipality is being auctioned. The permitted use of the leased land unit is agricultural land. The last tenant has the right to acquire lease pre-emption rights for the highest lease price bid at the auction.
