Act LD1M/GUp-s/1008/2024 NOTICE OF THE FIRST COMPANY OFFER The bankruptcy syndicate announces the first tender contest for the sale of cooperative ownership property rights to the premises, free of charge in the form of a tender contest under the following conditions: 1. The object of the sale is cooperative property right to residential premises No. 16, located in Sieradz, in a multi-family building at ul. Heroes September 77 with a total usable area of 52.30 m2. 2. The starting price is PLN 305 000. 3. The apartment is now inhabited by 1 person who has fallen. The syndicate shall not make a statement to the notarial act of submission to execution of the premises. The Syndicate doesn't have the keys to the apartment. The keys only have the fallen. The fallen declared that he declared his readiness to leave the premises immediately after the cumulative fulfilment of the following conditions: (a) the allocation and payment to him of the amount referred to in Article 342a p.u. [the so-called amount to meet the housing needs granted by the judge], (b) inform him at least 60 days in advance of the planned date of conclusion of the sale contract, 4. At the same time, the Syndicate informs the contestants that it does not affect the allocation of the amount referred to in Article 342a (p.u.), as it is the judge who decides to grant these funds, not the syndicate. Moreover, these measures are only granted from the price obtained from the sale. This means that only after the full price has been paid by the contestant will it be possible to allocate these amounts to the failed one. Therefore, the syndicate does not guarantee that the fallen will move out of the apartment after the sale and hand over the keys to the apartment. By participating in the competition, you accept the risk of not moving a fallen person out of the apartment. 5. The participant in the competition should pay 10% of the call price under the strict rule of not allowing the competition to enter the competition. Written offers should include: a. the name of the tenderer (in the case of natural persons: name, address of residence and PESEL number; for non-natural traders: name and address of establishment and number in the relevant register) and contact details (including telephone number and e-mail address), b. an indication of the object to which the tender relates, c. the proposed price, d. a declaration of hearing the competition and accepting it unreservedly, e. original, legible signature of the submitting offer. 8. The tender shall be accompanied by the following documents, which form an integral part of the tender: f. proof of payment of the security to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass, g. in the case of tenderers who are not natural persons, the current discharge from the relevant register documenting the right to make binding statements of will on behalf of the entity concerned by the person who has signed the tender, h. power of attorney signed in accordance with the rules of representation if the offer is signed by the representative. 9. Where a joint offer is submitted, the type of joint ownership shall be determined and the share of joint-ownership shall also be determined in part. 10. The notice and the sales regulations may be amended or revoked at any time. The tender competition can be closed without selecting any of the offers. 11.
