Syndicate of the bankruptcy of Wolspedtrans sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy with its registered office in Karpicko (KRS: 0000645844) appointed to act as a syndicate by the order of the Poznań-Stare Miasto District Court in Poznan, Economic Division XI. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act of 10.04.2026, e.g. Act PO1P/GUp/18/2026, informs about free-hand sales of movable assets forming part of the bankruptcy mass, listed and detailed in the expert's opinion of 30.06.2026, on the basis of the selection of the most advantageous offer. The Syndicate reserves the right to sell movable property belonging to the mass of bankruptcy both as individual individually designated assets and in packages comprising selected groups of movable property functionally or genericly linked, as well as as as the entire set of movable assets covered by this sale proceeding. The choice of the form of sale, including the definition of the scope of the individual packages and the decision to sell all or part of the movable property, shall be solely the responsibility of the syndicate and shall be made taking into account the interest of the bankruptcy and the purpose of obtaining the most favourable selling price. The selling price of the individual movable property, movable packages and the entire set of movable property covered by this notice shall not be less than the value specified in the expert's opinion annexed to this notice. In the case of individual sales of movable property, the minimum price for each component shall correspond to the value indicated for it in the expert's opinion. In the case of the sale of movable packages, the minimum price shall be the sum of the minimum prices of the individual movable property included in the package, in accordance with the expert's opinion. For the sale of all the movable property covered by this investigation, the starting price is PLN 793.905.00 net. The sale price will be added to the VAT, provided that the obligation to charge it results from the applicable legal provisions.
