The vehicle was deregistered and taken out of service in September 2026. The vehicle is ready to drive and has the following defects:   -Felx tube rusted through -Oil loss on engine and turbo hose -Heckklappe and decorative strip strongly rusted - Driver door and sleeper significant rusting points -Different scratches on the complete caroserie  -Summer tire 3mm profile and 14 years old -Winter tire 5mm profile and 10 years old -Lacquering at the bar for roof beams (see pictures)   Registration certificate Part I and Part II as well as 2 vehicle keys are available. A valuation is not available. The starting value was determined by the own workshop.   In principle, a survey of the car is recommended prior to the bid.   A visit is only possible after a telephone appointment with the car workshop of the service company of the city of Bad Kissingen (Tel.: 0971 807-3450) Mo-Do from 07:00-16:15 and Fr from 07:00-12:15. All objects / vehicles that may be visible on the pictures, except the car mentioned above, are not part of this auction.   The purchaser is solely responsible for the organisation of the necessary loading technology, the loading, the securing of cargo and the transfer of the auction item. Should the object of the auction have to be loaded, it will only be issued if a suitable and safe transport vehicle is carried. Upon taking over the auction item, the pick-up party confirms with his signature that he is familiar with the applicable legislation on securing cargo and transport goods. For reasons of liability, support from personnel or equipment cannot be provided in the loading activities.   After the end of the auction and after receipt of payment, the auction item will be taken over at the service operation of the city of Bad Kissingen. Payment and collection must have been made within 10 days of notification of the modalities.
