The bankruptcy syndicate of David Zdrojewski invites you to bid for a share of 1/10 in the property rights of the built-in land property located in Czernejewo at ul. Juliusz Słowacki 10, designated as registration parcel No 775, covered by the perpetual book number PO1G/00019564/2 (hereinafter referred to as: ,Participation in property law) in the amount not less than PLN 10.680,00. 1. The offer under rejection shall include: (a) the precise identification of the Tenderer by indicating the following personal data: • the name or indication of the Offeror; • address of the applicant's residence/address; • the offerer's telephone number and e-mail address; • the legal form of the Offerer and the number of the KRS, REGON and NIP (depending on the legal status of the Tenderer), and in the case of the natural person No PESEL; • current (not older than 3 months) discharge from the KRS, CEIDG or other registers (depending on the legal form of the Tenderer); (b) the price offered for participation in property rights, which must be expressed in amount and in words and must not be less than PLN 10.680,00 (in words: ten thousand six hundred and eighty zlotys); (c) the proof of payment of the security to the indicated bank account of the bankruptcy estate is 10% of the value of the price (1,068,00 PLN) and must be paid into the bank account held by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with number 40 1600 1462 1727 9276 2000 0001; (d) any authorisation and consent if required by law by the person or firm of the Tenderer; (e) in the event of a representative acting, the original of the document conferring the power of attorney in the form of a notarial act to represent the Tenderer in the competition for tenders; (f) an indication of the bank account number to which the security is to be repaid in the event of a failure to tender; (g) a statement by the Tenderer that: • there is no grounds for exclusion referred to in paragraph 2. 2 of this Regulation; • in the case of an offerer who is a natural person, whether or not he is married and, if so, whether he acquires ownership of the property of the spouses or of his personal property; • if Syndyk chooses his offer, he undertakes to enter into a contract for the sale of ownership rights before a notary designated by Syndyka; • if the Syndicate chooses to accept the subject matter of the contract at the latest in a notarial act involving the disposal of a share of ownership rights, unless the Syndiac agrees to the subsequent receipt; • the tender shall be submitted for the duration of the proceedings and shall not be limited by any other time limit; • have read the content of these Rules and accept it without reservation, • takes note of the fact and legal status of ownership and its description and estimation and does not raise any objections; • estimated the risks associated with the acquisition of ownership rights and took them into account in the course of expressing the will to acquire ownership rights, and therefore does not raise any objections in respect of the Syndic and Fallen claims relating thereto; • takes note of the exclusion of guarantees for physical and legal defects on the basis of Article 558 §1 c.c. and Article 313 PRUpad. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. In order to avoid doubt, the Syndicator indicates that this notice does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, but an invitation to tender.
