This auction is a exploitation of third-party property that has been pledged by the provider. The seized vehicle has an unknown history. The vehicle was registered and ready to go before attachment. The vehicle could only be viewed in a limited way, an inspection of the underbody, the engine compartment and the interior as well as a test drive were not possible. The only part of the auction is the described vehicle. Objects visible in the photos next to the vehicle are not part of the auction. The supplier did not have any documentation to check the vehicle data. No vehicle keys or registration certificate Part I/II or other vehicle documents are available. The vehicle is deregistered. There are no dangerous or prohibited items in the vehicle. The vehicle has dents and scratches as seen in the photos.  The transport must be carried out independently with a trailer with sufficient securing material. Costs for possible re-commissioning of the vehicle and/or the presentation of vehicle documents shall be borne by the acquirer. The acquirer shall receive a certificate at the time of collection of the vehicle which identifies him as owner of the car. There is no legal right to substitute documents. The acquisition of the documents required for the admission is the responsibility of the acquirer. There is no legal claim for replacement documents outside of an admission procedure in Germany. (Not possible if last admission outside Germany or unknown). No information can be provided on the circumstances abroad. After the award, the highest bidder will receive an e-mail with the necessary information for the transfer. The vehicle is handed over by bank transfer after full payment has been received. The pay and pick-up period is 10 days.
