Description
Arne Jacobsen (1902 - 1971), lounge rest chair, 'The egg' upholstered with red wool, swivel middle column with profiled four-pass foot of aluminium. Designed in 1958-59 as part of the total interior design in Hotel Royal Copenhagen. Made and stamped by Fritz Hansen August 1966. Appears with later screw in frame, alm. age related wear, a little porric foam in the cushion. • Showroom: DK, Vejle
