General This auction is the exploitation of third-party property that has been ensured by the provider. It is a vehicle towed from the public transport area. Vehicle images are set out in the Annex. The vehicle shall be auctioned exclusively as a craft vehicle.   Since 05.06.2026 the vehicle has been standing on the site of the city of Herzogenrath and was exposed to the weather. Only the vehicle named in the title is part of the auction. Other vehicles, which may be identified on the photographs, are not part of the auction. There are no vehicle documents (vehicle letter/certificate) and no vehicle keys are available.   The vehicle cannot be registered without vehicle documents (certificate of approval Part I and II). Further questions on this need to be clarified with the local licensing authority. Most recently, the vehicle was registered in the Netherlands.   There is no legal claim for replacement papers and keys.   Condition The vehicle was not viewed by the expert, only pictures were made by the administrative office. Obvious flaws (see photos): - Scratches all around the vehicle paint - Covers from the glove compartment and ashtray do not close anymore - Luggage compartment cover missing - Leather seats slightly damaged and covered with green spans - vehicle completely polluted     No information can be provided on the vehicle's ability to drive or road safety. In the absence of any information, no further information on technical questions/minorities can be answered. A prior vehicle inspection on lifting platform or pit was not carried out. There was no functional test. As a result, no information on the functioning of the vehicle can be provided. No information can be provided about any externally undetectable (accident) damage and any repairs to be carried out.  The vehicle has been secured in open condition and cannot be locked without a key.  There are no prohibited items in the vehicle. The vehicle will not be cleaned for the auction.   A visit is recommended before submitting a bid! After a written/electronic appointment between the acquirer and the city of Herzogenrath's fine, the vehicle can be picked up exclusively in the presence of the municipal office of Herzogenrath. Changes or postponements of the date by the acquirer, shall be notified to the above mentioned persons of the penalty office promptly in writing / electronically.   Upon termination of the auction, the maximum bid must be paid to the provider by the acquirer within 10 days of the end of the sale.
