WRITING COMPANY OFFER: Syndicate of bankruptcy in bankruptcy proceedings involving the liquidation of Marzena Hencel's assets (the Fallen One), the letter ka1K/Gup-s/363/2026, announces a written tender contest for the sale of shares 1/2 in cooperative property right to housing number 4 located in the Silesian Voivodeship, in Chorzów, at 32 Jubilee Street, of the area for which no permanent book was established (hereinafter: "Real Estate"), at a price not less than PLN 149.00.00, representing 100% of the market value estimated by the expert expert Izabella Marczewska in the estimated operation of 15.05.2026. ATTENTION! In accordance with Article 172, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: 6 Act of 15.12.2000 on housing cooperatives (i.e. OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 671. U. z 2026 poz. 889) the other co-owners of the cooperative ownership right to the premises are entitled to the right of pre-emption. A contract of sale with the successful tenderer shall be concluded on condition that the other co-authors do not exercise their statutory right of pre-emption. The conditions for participation in the written competition shall be: 1. Making an offer which should be packed in an enclosed envelope bearing the words "Marzena Hencel" and the competition offer "Ka1K/Gup-s/363/2026" and "Kancellaria Notarialna Tomasz Kunicki," Mateusz Olszewski, Kancelaria Notarialna s.c. in Krakow, ul. Królewska 23/1, 30-040 Kraków, during the working hours of the Notarial Chancellery between 06.10.2026 and 20.10.2026, the date on which the offer was submitted, also in the form of a consignment, is considered to be the date of its impact on the Notary Channel. 2. Payment of 10% of the call price i.e. PLN 14.900,00 per bank account 12 1600 1462 1728 5501 2000 0001 by 20.10.206. II. The purchase offer shall include: 1. Precise indication of the tenderer: Ø in the case of natural persons: name, address of the tenderer, PESEL and NIP number of the bidder, contact telephone, optional e-mail address; Ø in the case of traders: an indication of the tenderer's company, the registered address of the bidder, the legal form of the offerer, the REGON number and the NIP number, and, in the event of entities entered in the NRS, the contact phone, optional e-mail address, an up-to-date copy of the relevant register of the tender, 2. the proposed purchase price of the Real Estate, 3. a statement of the tenderer's knowledge of the legal and technical status of the Real Estate, 4. a statement that the tenderer is not the person referred to in Article 157a (4). 2 and 3 p.u. is not a syndicate, his spouse, initial, alternate, siblings, the person with him in relation to the adoption or spouse of such a person, as well as the person who is in actual relationship with him, who runs the household together, 5. the declaration that the tenderer is not a failed tenderer is no representative of the failed tenderer; 6. an undertaking by the tenderer to cover all charges relating to the transfer of real estate, 7. any authorisation and consent, including corporate consent, if required by law on the basis of the person or company of the buyer, 8. in the event of a representative acting, the original of the power of attorney's document in the form of a notarial act to represent the tenderer in the competition for tenders, 9. the signature of the natural person who is the tenderer or the signatures of the persons authorised to represent a tenderer who is not a natural person on the tender and on all declarations, 10. a statement by a natural person tenderer [Note: also applies to natural persons wishing to acquire the subject of a tender contest in the context of a single business activity] whether he is married or, if so, whether he acquires the subject-matter of an offer for personal property or for the joint property of a spouse; Ø in the event of the acquisition of the object of the contest, the tenderer should make a statement together with the offer; Ø In the event of the acquisition of the subject matter of the competition, the tender may be submitted to the joint assets of the spouses, but in accordance with Article 37 (1) (1) of the Law of 25 February 1964, the family and caring code is required in such a case by the consent of the other spouse. The second spouse's consent to the acquisition of the subject-matter of the tender for the joint property shall be expressed in the form of a notarial act and shall include the consent to acquire the subject matter of the contest, the submission of the offer and the participation in the contest of tenders, 11. a statement by the tenderer that the rules of procedure and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition are being read. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender contest, if more than one tender meeting the terms of the contest is submitted, the Competition Organizer shall manage the auction (the oral tender contest) among all the current tenderers whose tenders have not been rejected, in accordance with detailed rules described in the Rules of Procedure.
