Syndicate of bankruptcy in proceedings Meetlify sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy sygn. KR1S/GUp/102/2024 announces an offer contest for the sale of property rights included in the bankruptcy mass i.e.: 1. MeetAR copyright and R & D results HybridMeshMeet, R+R AIMeet, B+R ExploreAR at a price not lower than the estimation price i. e. 56.250,00 zł (fifty six thousand two hundred fifty zlotys 0/100) net; 2. the copyright to the Meetlify application at a price not lower than the estimation price i.e. 56.250,00 zł (fifty six thousand two hundred fifty zlotys 0/100) net; 3. The right to register the trade mark "MEETLIFY' at a price not lower than the price of the assessment i.e. 2 059,50 zł (two thousand seven hundred forty-six zlotys 0/100) net. In the first place, tenders will be considered for all components for the amount not less than PLN 114 559,50 (one hundred fourteen thousand five hundred fifty nine zlotys 50/100) net. In the absence of such an offer, the syndicate shall consider the tenders submitted for each component. Conditions for participation in proceedings: 1. Submission of a written offer for the purchase of real estate together with the proposed purchase price. The price should be given digitally and verbally and not lower than the call price. 2. A written purchase offer together with the proposed net purchase price (given in digits and words) not less than the call price must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the inscription Calvary 39/7 (30-504 Cracow) or by registered mail, courier. Deciding the date of impact to the Notary. 3. The condition for the proceeding is to pay a security of 10% of the net call price. The security must be paid into a bank account held by Bank Pekao S.A. with number 47 1240 4432 1111 0011 4348 8508 by 5 November 2026. Decides the date of recognition of the bank account of the Company's total amount of the security. 4. All costs relating to the drawing up of the contract of sale shall be borne by the tenderer.
