Intake & conditioning: The raw pig manure is sucked directly from the bearing into the system. At the beginning of the process, a flotation/flocking agent is added to the nutrients via a fully automatic dosing system with its own mixing container (in particular: Phosphorus) optimal to bind to solids.2. Phase 1: Pressing (screenband press): The conditioned slurry runs on the screenband press (type SNP-1800-14). Over 14 pressing rollers, the solid content is extremely dewatered. The phosphorous press cake is loaded directly onto a ready-to-use trailer on the side of the 300 mm stainless steel discharge screw.3. Phase 2: After-cleaning (flutation basin): The remaining thin phase (liquid content) still contains the finest suspended substances. It is fed into the integrated flotation basin. Through fine air bubbles, the remaining solid particles float to the surface, where they are neatly separated and returned.4. Disposal: The purified, nutrient-reduced thin effect is continuously pumped out of the trailer directly into a connected repository.Seller's notesThe system is in good condition and is fully functional.
