The vehicle is in a non-traffic condition and is not ready to drive. A pickup with trailer or truck is required. The vehicle will only be handed over to the respective entrant or authorised by the vehicle upon collection with trailer or truck. The picker's got an ID. The function of the additional equipment (e.g. air conditioning function) was not checked at the time of the assessment.
