1. The manager of the sanation mass of UNIPARK sp. z o.o. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000568945; further as: ,,Company) which is performed by Maciej Geromin (hereinafter referred to as:,,,Governor), announces the sale of the sale from a free-hand mode of sale of 24 claims with a nominal value of PLN 3.487.158 (say: zloty: three million four hundred Eighty-seven thousand one hundred fifty-eight 00/100) at a price not less than PLN 107,761,00 (say: one hundred seven thousand seven hundred sixty-one 00/100). 2. The sale takes place within the framework of the Sanitation Procedure conducted against the Company, which was suspended before the District Court for Warsaw City, the XVIIIth Economic Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring, under the name of Act: XVIII GRs 13/21. 3. The starting price of the item of sale is: 107.761,00 zł (say: one hundred seven thousand seven hundred sixty one 00/100). 4. The sale will take place by means of a written tender contest. The conditions for participation in the competition shall be the submission of a written, binding and unconditional offer by 29 October 2026 at the latest. 12:00. The date and time of impact of the offer is decisive. Tenders should only be submitted electronically to the Manager's e-mail address: mg@geromin.com. Tenders shall comply with the formal requirements laid down in the Sales Regulation and shall bear an electronic signature (signature trusted or qualified electronic signature). 5. The offerer whose offer will be selected shall pay the price offered within 7 days of the date of selection of the offer for the bank account held for the sanation mass. 6. All costs related to the conclusion of the sale contract shall be borne by the purchaser. 7.
