Knife set consisting of four knives, one herbal knife, one large chef knif, one small vegetable knuckle, and one boner kniv. Made of 67 layers of Japanese damacus steel, around a core of the sharp and hard Japanese VG-10 steel. The blades are hardened to 61HRC +-1, and therefore keep the sharpness longer, and are also easy to grind up again. The knives are in boxes made of lacquered bamboo. L. 20-32 cm.
