A stained glass window of the artist Fritz Lauten (attribution not valid) is auctioned.   Fritz Lauten was a glass artist who achieved first successes as a free glass designer in the 1960s. His works can still be found on several buildings in the Bergisches Land region today.  The stained glass window auctioned here was installed in the office apartment of the mayor of the municipality. It was expanded after the dissolution of the apartment and stored in the town hall.   Two deer are depicted in a stylized forest landscape, which is constructed in a geometric-linear, modernist form language, as is typical of lead glass windows. The window has broken glass and cracks in several places. The wooden frame also has cracks and paint damage. Due to the light conditions during the photos, the colors on the photos may differ from the actual colors.   Dimensions of the window without frame: width 200 cm, height 140 cm Dimensions of the window with frame and support: width 230 cm, height 250 cm, depth 26 cm   A visit is possible after consultation and is recommended. The only part of the auction is the lead glass window. Other items that may be shown on the photos are not part of the auction. Pick-up only! The provider may not provide any staff or means of transport for the transport of goods.
