The highly productive, semi-automated TruPrint 5000 3D printing system makes you fit for industrial series production. With features such as an optional 500 °C pre-heater and the fullfield multi-laser equipment with three 500 watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are well equipped for highly demanding industrial applications. High-quality components made from different metallic materials produce the machine quickly and reliably – and thereby also fulfills the high quality requirements in tool and mould making by means of 3D printing on preform blanks, in aerospace and medical technology. Optionally, the entire process chain can take place under protective gas atmosphere: seven, print, cool, depowder. Combined with TRUMPF's external parts and powder management and monitoring solutions, it is predestined for industrial additive series production.

With the Preform option, TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. The additive component structures to be finished are applied to a blank. The innovative option is particularly suitable for easy handling in tool and mould making.
